Dear Year 7 Parents and Carers,
We are fast approaching the end of your child’s first year of High School and we are sure this has been quite a learning curve for them (and perhaps for some of you too).
The transition into Year 7 is a significant milestone and we are delighted to have you and your son or daughter as part of our Canterbury school community.
To support you and your child ahead of their final Term 4, we invite you to have a tea or coffee with us, and ask any questions or raise any concerns you might have with the Secondary School Leadership Team.
This event will also provide an opportunity for you to connect with fellow parents and carers, and share your thoughts and experiences on the journey so far.
We have developed our Orientation Program over the past few years to support a smooth transition into Secondary School, and for it to be informative for both parents/carers and students.
Your insights are essential to us, as they help us continually improve our Orientation Program, ensuring that it caters to your needs and expectations.
We value any feedback on how well our Orientation Program has prepared your son or daughter for Canterbury, as we begin preparations to welcome our 2024 Year 7 students…
