College Suppliers: Onboarding & Verification
Canterbury College is implementing the Eftsure software solution as part of its risk management, compliance monitoring and accounts payable processes, to improve security measures and manage the risk of fraud.
Eftsure is currently used by many organisations across Australia.
It is an independent, real-time, continuous controls monitoring system, designed to validate the integrity of online transactions and supplier information.

New Suppliers
- As part of the onboarding process, all suppliers of goods or services will be advised by their contact at Canterbury College that there will be a request for completion of payment details in the Eftsure system.
- Following the notification, you will receive an email and a link from Eftsure, guiding you to complete the New Supplier Registration form. The information required includes bank details, ABN, trading name, GST registration and contact details which are sent to Eftsure for independent verification.
- All suppliers are required to provide this information which is critical to conducting business with, and getting payment from Canterbury College.
- After this verification, you will receive a confirmation email from Eftsure that your data has been verified and that you are now an approved supplier.
- It is the responsibility of the supplier of the goods or services, receiving payments from Canterbury College, to ensure that their details are kept up to date and to provide notification of any changes or discrepancies.
Existing Suppliers
- As part of the Eftsure implementation, all existing Canterbury College suppliers will have their details verified through the Eftsure platform. In the instance where supplier details cannot be automatically verified, an email will be sent asking suppliers to confirm their business details.
- The email will contain a link which will guide you through the verification process.
- It is the responsibility of the supplier of the goods or services, receiving payments from Canterbury College, to ensure that their details are kept up to date and to provide notification of any changes or discrepancies.
