College Fees

Tuition fees are set by the College Board and reviewed annually.

  • Parents/carers are notified in writing each year of any changes to the Fee Schedule.
  • College fees are invoiced each semester, but can be paid via term, semester or annual payments.
  • Canterbury tuition fees are inclusive of all costs associated with each student’s curricular and co-curricular related education.
  • Our Single Resource Charge (SRC) covers additional compulsory year level activities and events – such as incursions and excursions, Outdoor Education Camps (Years 3-11), textbooks and e-books, MyCC network access, ID card and MSA Student purchasing card, printing and photocopying, digital software and licenses, Annual College Yearbook, J/TAS Sport registration and a Microsoft Pro 1:1 laptop computer (Years 4-10 or 12) with insurance, carry case, software licensing, screen protector, stylus and keyboard.

A message to Canterbury families from Edstart

We understand this may be a difficult time, and we are here to help support families as much as we can. Any temporary cash flow issues can be accommodated by providing:
– an alternative payment date
– a new payment cycle
– or a payment holiday as required.
There are NO fees or charges for implementing these changes.

Canterbury has partnered with Edstart to offer a zero interest option for all current families for Semester 1, 2022 fees.

Parents applying for an Edstart Pay+ account will benefit from no credit checks, zero interest and the ability to make regular instalment payments. To apply, please visit:

Australian Scholarships Group (ASG) has rebranded to Futurity Investment Group (Futurity).

Their Tuition Instalment Loan can help spread the costs of a full year into easy and manageable repayments over a 12-month period. Further information, including details of the lending criteria that apply, can be obtained directly from Futurity’s website.
