THIS Friday NOT A Public Holiday For Canterbury College

This Friday 29 October 2021, the Brisbane Local Government Area is finally enjoying their COVID-postponed Ekka Show Public Holiday.

However, Canterbury College operates within the Logan Local Government Area and we already enjoyed our Ekka Show Public Holiday back on Monday 9 August 2021 around lockdown time.

So we are open as per normal and operating all classes as per normal this Friday.

No ‘double dipping’ out Logan way sorry, BUT we can enjoy the lighter commuter traffic on Friday going to and from our school! (Always look on the bright side).

PS: Friday also happens to be World Teachers Day so we can all be here to thank our wonderful teachers in person during the day! 🙂
