MyCC: MyCC is our ‘mothership’ as the College’s complete communications, news, events, school timetable, teaching, learning and co-curricular portal.

It gives you access to our educational framework and full school schedule, events calendar, news updates, sport training and fixtures, arts rehearsals and performances, co-curricular clubs, ‘thought sports’ activities, important notices, school policies, IT support, free learning resources, staff directories and much more.

Most importantly, it allows you to directly track your child’s daily class timetable, academic progress, assignment submissions and exam results – even their weekly homework tasks!

Parent Lounge – On MyCC: Our Parent Lounge is our ‘parents only’ online portal, that enables parents and carers to provide and access information about their children, that builds upon the ‘home and school together’ relationship.

Using the Parent Lounge, parents and carers can:

  • Access the online school calendar and keep up-to-date with what’s happening around the school.
  • Review their child’s student profile, including – class timetables, attendance records, upcoming tasks, recent academic reports, and Care Central services information.
  • Update their own contact details and the contact or medical details for their children.
  • Access their school fee accounts to view and pay College tuition fees, as well as any special student excursions or events, plus view our flexible payment options.

Clipboard – On MyCC: Clipboard is our complete co-curricular activities online management platform, allowing you to sign your students up to trial or participate in our many sporting, arts and thought sports programs offered throughout the year.

Here you will find times and locations for training, fixtures, rehearsals, performances and club meetings, plus contact information for coordinators, to inform them if your child/ren will be absent from their scheduled co-curricular activity.
