SITHFAB002 Provide Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Training Course: Develop the skills and knowledge required to sell or serve alcohol responsibly.

Assessment: Written Assessment & Observations.

Course Content:

  • Sell or serve alcohol responsibly.
  • Assist customers to drink within appropriate limits.
  • Assess alcohol affected customers and identify those to whom sale or service must be refused.
  • Refuse to provide alcohol.

USI/LUI Numbers: USI and LUI numbers must be supplied prior to the commencement of the course.

Certification: Upon successful completion you will receive a nationally recognised Statement of Attainment.
