Assessment: Written Assessment & Observations.
Course Content:
- Sell or serve alcohol responsibly.
- Assist customers to drink within appropriate limits.
- Assess alcohol affected customers and identify those to whom sale or service must be refused.
- Refuse to provide alcohol.
USI/LUI Numbers: USI and LUI numbers must be supplied prior to the commencement of the course.
Certification: Upon successful completion you will receive a nationally recognised Statement of Attainment.
