Year 12s ‘Farewell’ Extended House Form: ‘Class Of 2024’ Pre-Exams Well-Wishing
This morning, our six Houses held an extended 45-minute Form to bid ‘farewell’ and best wishes to their respective Year 12 housemates, before they depart for Study Week and their big final External Exams.
The Cranmer House Year 12s rang their symbolic bell amidst the Guard of Honour, marking their final gathering with their fellow ‘wolfpack’ members.
Kime House Year 12s reminisced over old College Yearbooks and reflected on their first and last years at Canterbury – recalling friendships, teachers, and experiences throughout their schooling journey.
In Ramsey House, Year 12s led one last House chant, while Temple House Year 11s delivered heartfelt speeches and presented meaningful gifts to their departing Senior housemates.
Goldsworthy House leaders gave ‘thank you’ speeches and received framed messages from younger House students as part of their farewell.
Becket House Year 12s were presented with commemorative pens as a parting gift to mark the special but ‘bittersweet’ occasion.
Today’s event provided a wonderful chance to celebrate our Year 12 students for the time they spent with peers and staff on campus, as they begin their closing educational stages with us.
We wish them great success in their upcoming final exams!
