Year 1 History Excursion | Kingston Butter Factory Cultural Precinct

Yesterday our Year 1 students visited the Kingston Butter Factory Cultural Precinct – notably the Living Museum and the Heritage Centre. 📍

This immersive excursion provided a glimpse into the rich background of Logan’s past. 💡🤔📜

As part of their History studies, students encountered interactive factory stories, First Nations language displays, Logan’s food stories, and many items from the past.

Our Year 1s examined the Scrubby Creek habitat and made connections to their learnings in Science classes, regarding living things and their homes. 🔬🦠🥼
