• 80s Style Aerobics Workout – Lunch Break, Monday 9 October @ CEC.
• Meditation Relaxation Chillout Soundbar – Lunch Break, Tuesday 10 October @ Lawn Beside Basketball Courts.
• Ice Cream Stall & Toss-A-Choc Fundraiser + Secondary Library Windows ‘Gratitude Messages’ Butterflies Display – please write & display what you are grateful for! – Lunch Break, THIS Wednesday 11 October @ Secondary Library.

Beyond Blue is a reliable source of mental health information, support and hope as one of Australia’s most well-known, trusted and visited mental health organisations.

They are a big blue door for many in the community: a safe and reliable place for millions of people to access information, advice and support – whether they’re well and want to stay that way, unsettled or struggling and need support, or in recovery and want to reconnect.

We also strongly endorse the College’s wellbeing partner organisation The Resilience Project.
