On Monday afternoon we hosted our first Rock School Studio Recital for 2024 after school.

13 students showcased their steadily growing musical talents, presenting the pieces they have practised throughout Term 1.

We – along with their parents and carers – eagerly anticipate their improving performances in Term 2 and beyond…

Canterbury College – Studio Tuition

Canterbury’s Studio Tuition Program is available to all students from the ELC to Year 12.

Lessons are delivered by specialist teachers in the areas of Dance, Drama and Music – Orchestra Instrumental, Band Instrumental, Rock School, Piano, Guitar and Voice.

Our teachers work with students to nurture and fully develop their abilities.

Students have one-on-one, paired or small group studio lessons which are scheduled on rotating timetables throughout the school day.

All tuition lessons take place in our modern, air-conditioned Performing Arts Centre inside purpose-built studio rooms.

Students may also elect to undertake examinations – including AMEB or Trinity for Music, plus Speech, Drama and Communication, and RAD for Dance.
