—————

Dear Parents, Carers, Grandparents & Special Friends,

We are delighted to invite you to our upcoming ELC – Year 6 Grandparents & Special Friends Day on Friday 21 October.

This special morning will begin in the CEC, showcasing performances from some of our dance groups and choirs.

The grandparents and special friends will then have an opportunity to visit their grandchildren in their classrooms for various activities.

Afterwards, a delicious morning tea will be served to the visiting adults, so that grandparents can enjoy a picnic in the ELC or Junior School with their grandchildren.

Our students should please bring their own morning tea as per a normal school day.

Event Timetable:

8:45am – Performances in the CEC for the Grandparents & Special Friends.

9:30am – Grandparents & Special Friends visiting our ELC and Junior School classrooms.

10:15am – Picnic Morning Tea: Grandparents & Special Friends can picnic in the ELC, The Meadow and The Green.

11:25am – Farewell.

DON’T FORGET TO RSVP: BOOKING WEBLINK HERE!

Unfortunately, due to student | staff ratios, ELC students will be unable to go with their Grandparents & Special Friends to other areas of the Junior School during morning tea time.

Grandparents & Special Friends are of course most welcome to spend part of their morning tea in the ELC, and the other part of their morning tea in the Junior School, if they have students across both areas.

Kind regards

Mrs Michelle Leftwich
Head of Junior School
