Course Information
Our first Starfish swim-level is aimed at introducing babies to the water in a fun, nurturing and safe learning environment.
These swim lessons will promote opportunities for you to bond with your baby alongside social interactions with other mums and caregivers in your local area.
Lessons foster confidence for both the baby and mother/caregiver in the water and provide practical takeaway skills to use at home or any swimming pool.
This introductory water familiarisation class is designed to build basic skills that prepare mums/caregivers and their infants for the enjoyable journey through our learn-to-swim levels.
Skills will be built through play, exploration and repetition starting with basic breath control and conditioning, movement through the water, and building trust.
Our dedicated Learn To Swim Pool is a heated magnesium infused hydrotherapy pool.
NB: Terms & Conditions apply.
See you there!

National Apprenticeship Week: Monday 12 - Friday 16 February 2024.
Apprenticeships place the power to make a better future firmly in your hands.
They build self-worth, create a sense of achievement and turn your personal strengths into a rewarding career.
It’s a learning pathway that builds character, confidence and commitment by learning on-the-job from real experiences, and from people who are invested in your development.
But most of all, apprenticeships and traineeships are about equipping yourself with a set of skills that open up a world of opportunity, and are yours to keep for a lifetime.
Snipping, shaping, serving, laying, lathing, leveling, fixing, fabricating, framing.
