Introducing Canterbury’s Health and Medical Science Pathways Program (HMSPP)

Canterbury College is proud to announce the launch of our Health & Medical Science Pathways Program (HMSPP) – a flagship initiative preparing students for future careers in Allied Health, Medical Science, Medicine, and Dentistry.
Launching in 2026, the HMSPP will give students access to real-world learning through partnerships with hospitals, universities, and health professionals. It combines classroom excellence with hands-on experiences, mentoring, and university preparation, ensuring every student is ready to thrive in one of Australia’s fastest-growing industries.
The HMSPP program will be led by Mrs Rebecca Musk, who is overseeing partnerships and programs with universities, hospitals and allied health providers. This exciting new initiative is a key part of our Student Pathways Department, which continues to evolve under Director, Mrs Tracey Clarke, in pursuit of our World Ready mantra.
Students will benefit from opportunities including clinical placements, guest lectures, research projects, and tailored support for university entry, from Certificate III pathways through to competitive medical degrees.
