End Of Term 3 Chapel Service & Kime House Assembly With Special Guest: Orange Sky’s Nic Marchesi OAM | Event Wrap & Photo Gallery
On Thursday afternoon we had our special End Of Term Chapel Service and Kime House Student-Led Assembly for all Prep to Year 12 students.
It was a time to reflect upon a busy 10 weeks of Term 3 and meet Orange Sky Australia’s Co-Founder and 2016 Young Australian of the Year Nic Marchesi OAM.
Nic addressed our gathered assembly and talked about ‘all things’ The Sudsy Challenge.

College Chaplain Father Dan Talbot delivered his homily that focused on finding the joy, especially in the disappointing moments of life…
“Joy was the message for our End Of Term Chapel Service.
But more about finding the Joy, especially during the disappointing moments of life.
We were encouraged by our bible reading to understand that Joy comes from God, and Joy can be found in even the most painful moments of life.
It will always come down to perspectives, and how we look at those moments.
There will be some times when we need the help of others to see that different perspective, but it will always be there.
Joy is always an option; will you use it?”
