What: 2024 Battle Of The Rock Bands: Annual High Schools Competition.
Represented By Canterbury’s Senior Rock School Band – Simon Says.
When: Thursday Night 3 October 2024 (Week 1, Term 4).
Whole Event: Thursday 3 – Saturday 5 October 2024.
Daily Times:
5:00pm: Onsite Food, Drink & Coffee Van Service.
6:00pm: Venue Doors Open.
6:30pm – 10:30pm: LIVE Rock Concert.
Where: Mary MacKillop Learning Centre Hall, Clairvaux MacKillop College – Klumpp Road, Upper Mt Gravatt.
There is some parking onsite and more parking available via a short walk from the Park N Ride facility on Klumpp Road.
Who: For ALL Canterbury students and families to support our Rock Band LIVE!
Tickets: $15 EACH (plus booking fees).
There are TWO types of concert tickets:
General Admission Standing Area Tickets HERE.
– Closest to the stage where no seat is allocated to the ticket holder.
Allocated Seating Area Tickets HERE.
– Behind the General Admission Standing Area, where the buyer will have a seat allocated to them for that evening’s concert.
– You may leave your seat to join the crowd in the General Admission Standing Area if you choose during the event.
In 2024, there are 30 High School rock bands competing, with 10 different bands performing each night.
Canterbury College’s Simon Says is performing on that first Thursday evening.
