2025 Junior da Vinci Decathlon Success

Recently, 16 Junior School students represented Canterbury College at the 2025 da Vinci Decathlon, held at Brisbane Boys’ College, accompanied by Mr Wheatley and Mrs Richardson.

Students competed against top Queensland schools across ten disciplines: Engineering, Mathematics, English, Art and Poetry, Legacy, Ideation, Creative Producers, Code Breaking, Science, and Cartography.

As part of the Lumina program, students prepared through coaching sessions, team-building activities, and past paper practice. Their hard work paid off, with Year 5 placing third in Cartography and Year 6 winning first place in Mathematics.
