2024 Future Anything Educator Award Finalists | Canterbury College All 3 Categories
Canterbury College, alongside two of our Senior School Teachers – Mrs Amanda von Kanel and Mrs Georgia Skinner – have been recognised as finalists in three categories for the fourth annual 2024 Future Anything Educator Awards.
These categories are:
- Future Anything Team Of The Year 2024 Finalists | Canterbury College (Mrs Amanda von Kanel, Mrs Georgia Skinner, Mr Chris Pollock – with Mr Peter Maynard)
- Future Anything Trailblazer 2024 Finalists | Mrs Georgia Skinner
- Future Anything Educator Of The Year 2024 Finalists | Mrs Amanda von Kanel
These awards celebrate the teachers who have not only led the ‘Activate’ Program in their classroom, but who have lived it through their own entrepreneurial approach to teaching and learning.
Activate is Future Anything’s award-winning in-curriculum program, focused on the convergence of entrepreneurial pedagogy and Project-Based Learning.
Activate also supports educators to build enterprising mindsets in every classroom.
The winners of these Future Anything Educator Awards will be announced at the Future Anything National Grand Final on Tuesday 19 November, live online and in person at The Triffid here in Brisbane.
