2021 QLD Employer Support Awards – Defence Reserves
The Australian Department of Defence has recognised five QLD employers for outstanding support of #YourADF reservists.
Employer Support Awards will be presented to: Subway – Alexander Hills, INLOC International, Hastings Deering Caterpillar, Department of Transport & Main Roads and Canterbury College, Waterford who have gone above and beyond for their reservist employees.
Congratulations to each of the organisations which were nominated by their reservist employees.
We thank them for their commitment to supporting Royal Australian Navy, Australian Army and Royal Australian Air Force reservists over a sustained period, or through a special effort, to enable them to complete their reserve service commitments.
Canterbury was nominated by our very own Air Force reservist Mr Greg Wacker – Head of the Canterbury Centre for Entrepreneurship & Leadership (CCEL) and Acting Head of the Creative Industries Faculty.
