2021 Brisbane Performing Arts Challenge (BPAC) Eisteddfod

Today Canterbury had three dance teams performing at the 2021 ‘Experience The Challenge’ Brisbane Performing Arts Challenge (BPAC) Eisteddfod at St John’s Anglican College over at Forest Lake.

They were very excited after a year off from all competition (thanks to COVID-19) in today’s Primary & Middle School Groups categories.

– Shine Dance Company (Years 1-3) performed beautifully for their first ever eisteddfod.

– Ignite Dance Company (Years 4-6) achieved second place out of 18 strong competitors in Jazz, which was a fantastic achievement.

– Ignite Dance Company also achieved a Very Highly Commended for their Lyrical piece marking another great achievement.

– Our Year 7 Show Team competed against Years 7-9 students in both Jazz and Lyrical and did themselves proud.

We could not have asked for more from them… Congratulations on your hard work!
