Future initiatives for the CCEL include:

  1. Bi-annual Anglican Schools (Student) Leaders Symposium.
  2. Yearly Entrepreneurial and Leadership conference.
  3. Canterbury Leaders Innovation Challenge.
  4. Student participation in Logan City Council Catapult, City Studio and Substation 33 Programs.
  5. Continued participation in the Beenleigh Junior Chamber of Commerce Breakfast.
  6. Creation of an internship program aligning students with members of the Canterbury Business and Alumni Network and Beenleigh Yatala Chamber of Commerce.
  7. Source transitioning opportunities for Canterbury vocational students into the world of start-ups.
  8. Use of reflective journal practices during year level camps to increase students’ awareness around personal growth and leadership.
  9. Development of a holistic leadership framework for Canterbury.
  10. Partnership with Round Square in developing meaningful, real-world opportunities for students to develop global competence, character and understanding.
