College Careers

Canterbury has a proud reputation as one of Queensland’s largest and most progressive independent ELC-12 coeducational Anglican schools.

Our beautiful 33-hectare Waterford campus, set amongst native bushland and gardens, is located within the fast-growing southern Brisbane and northern Gold Coast corridor.

So it attracts talented and friendly staff from a range of easily accessible areas along the M1 and Logan Motorways.

Canterbury’s 300+ employees are a diverse group of vibrant academic, pastoral and administrative individuals, who are both visionary and collaborative.

The College places high value on the continuing development of wisdom, integrity and creativity amongst its staff community.

Positive relationships are central to Canterbury life, so the nurturing of community and teamwork is an integral part of the way we work together.
